In person, 5 to 15 minutes. We look at the damage with you, explain what we see, and write it down. Hidden damage behind a panel can add to the estimate once the car is apart, and we call you before doing any extra work.

Why ADAS calibration after a repair matters for your safety
Most newer cars see the road through cameras, radar and sensors mounted behind the bumper, the grille, the mirrors and the windshield. They run the safety systems you rely on without thinking: automatic emergency braking, lane keeping, blind-spot warnings, adaptive cruise control and parking sensors. Together they are called ADAS, advanced driver assistance systems.
Even a minor bumper repair can move a sensor a few degrees. The car still drives, but the system may brake late, warn late or not at all. Calibration re-aims each sensor to the manufacturer's specifications so it sees the road correctly again. According to CCC Intelligent Solutions' Crash Course 2026 report, 28.3% of repairable collision estimates in 2025 included an ADAS calibration.

No. Nova does conventional body and paint repair: collision, bumpers, dents, scratches and refinishing. For hail damage, a paintless dent repair specialist is usually the right call.
